Following the collapse of Elebele bridge, the Ogbia Local Government Council Chairman Hon. Ebinyo Turner has begin the construction of an alternate footbridge to the affected community.
The alternate bridge is a temporary arrangement while talks with multinationals and government in different levels are in progress for a construction of a solid bridge.
This is in a view to alleviate the suffering of the people, especially students that will be going to school.
The people are grateful for this kind gesture by the council boss.
