An Ogbia lady Miss Lucky Karibo has given back to society in what she tagged: ‘Operation Fight Malaria’.
Miss Lucky who is the leader of a team named ‘Team Fight Malaria’ and a Member of the Nigeria Red Cross Society Ogbia Division recently offer medical services to the people of Oruma (Yibama) Community in Ogbia Local Government Area to commemorate her birthday.
Among the free medical services offered were sensitization, free Malaria screening and drugs administration, etc.
This is the second time the Community Health Officer and native of Emeyal 2 will be organising such a free Medical Outreach.
In an appreciative post, she said:
First of all I want to thank God almighty for making this medical outreach a success, secondly I want to thank the paramount ruler of Oruma community and the chief cabinet because without their consent this program wouldn’t have been possible, I also want to thank the CDC chairman of Oruma community and the youth president and his cabinet for their tireless efforts to see this program comes out a success. finally and not the list I want to appreciate members of operation fight malaria and members of the Nigeria Red Cross Society, Ogbia Division for your assistance,this program was a big success because of you. finally the entire staff of oruma health center,am very grateful.God Bless you you for the effort you put in for me.
