An Ogbia son and ex-chief of staff to former Governor of Bayelsa state, Chief Timipre Sylva has been offered an appointment as the senior special assistant to the Deputy Senate president.
Chief Samuel Ogbuku who contested the 2019 house of representative elections to represent the good people of Ogbia federal constituency but lost in what appeared as a keenly contested elections was appointed the Senior Special Assistant to Deputy Senate President senator Obarisi Ovie Omo-Agege on Niger Delta Affairs.
Meanwhile, there has been outpouring of congratulatory messages for the APC Chieftain , the latest coming from the leadership of the Ogbia Brotherhood Youth Wing and the Elebele Community All Progressive Congress (APC) family.
