No fewer than 13 sons and daughters from Ogbia Kingdom who have attained the highest rank in the University academic were recently honoured.

They were honoured at a grand reception organized by Hon. (Chief) Robert Ayalla Enogha Educational Foundation in their honour.

The event held at the Ayalla hotel was well attended by who-is-who in the Ogbia Kingdom as well Bayelsa as a whole.

Those who were honored were:
- Prof. Edmond Allison Oguru, Professor of Agric-Busines Management & Production Economics as well as former Secretary to the State Government.
