“If we dont change the Old Narrative, Develop Generational Leaders and Re-consolitate on New/Modern Democratic Culture, I am afraid of our Political Extinction”
I believe that fundamental to understanding our socio- political challenges is the need for consciousness mobilization, more open communications and the need for the changing of minds and behaviours.
I also believe that the issues of our Political Advancement and Economic Prosperity are too sensitive to be entrusted or left in the hands of a few and that it should be every one’s business.
A nation orca people can easily be identified by their custom, religious beliefs and political culture hence as Ogbia people our Democratic and Political Culture is fundamental to direct growth and development.
Most nations have adopted new trends in their political life-styles and have left others behind establishling new sustainable political advancements while others still operate on the old narrative.
As we draw near to GOVERNORSHIP Elections with the election of a Governor, his Deputy and principal positions such as Speaker of the State house of Assembly, Deputy Speaker, Leader of the House, chief Judge of The State, Secretary to State Government, The Government House Chief of Staff, Ministers from The state etc what is our HOPE?
What is our role towards the Emergence of these Leaders?
Proverbs 23 says without hope, life losses its meaning and the same bible told us Faith or Hope without work is dead.
Our Political issues must be undersood with a strong knowledge of Democratic Norms and negotiate with a strong commitment in a team spirit.
Ogbia is in dire need of LEADERS who will compliment the Okilo’s and Jonathan’s hence the enabling platform.

Our system must change from identifying loyalty or commitment and building leader rather than assessing them from going to market for our leaders wives and husbands or driving their children to school but an atmosphere where the gifted need to thrive.
We can’t get leaders to negotiate for our future if we remain in this ill- trend.
People are tired of utopic expectations and unexpected outcomes from others and are now challenging to be motivated.
We need New Leaders to compliment our Elders with new styles so we don’t go extinct in the political equation.
We just have to compliment the efforts of the Okilo’s an Jonathan’s.
Ogbia is in dire need of more Leaders as well as a new Democratic Culture.
